Alan S. Leibel
Mr. Leibel has extensive trial experience in state and federal court. He has represented clients resolving disputes by jury and non-jury trials, arbitration, mediation and direct negotiations. Mr. Leibel is proficient in all types of civil litigation, including: defending and prosecuting ERISA claims; telecommunication disputes; commercial disputes among third parties; shareholders and/or partners; and secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy adversary proceedings, seeking prejudgment relief such as sequestration and garnishments. He has defended against and obtained injunctions enjoining real estate foreclosures and claims raised in connection with such suits; representation of fiduciaries with regard to claims on behalf of or against estates or trusts.
